Ragdale Hall is THE best place for Real Life Yoga retreats. We've created these weekends in partnership with the Ragdale team so that you'll have the perfect balance of getting some quality time just for you, combined with some extra-special yoga sessions with Meg. 

The two-night retreats offer you a whole heap of lovely stuff including:
Seven yoga sessions with Meg, featuring: Hello Sunshine, Dancing Warriors and Wild Things, Make a Mantra, Open Your Heart, The only way is Up(side down), Grounded and Graceful, Keeping It Real and Taking it Home. (Sounds kinda fun, right?!)

Choice of two 25-minute treatments from:
• Soothing Back Massage
• Fresh Feet Treatment
• Soft Touch Body Stretch
• Tension Release Scalp Therapy

All meals including breakfast served to your room, three-course lunch and three-course dinners.

At the farewell session you will be given a Real Life Yoga pack to take home with tips and hints on enhancing the effects of the break once at home.
