If you know anything about Real Life Yoga, and why I do what I do, you'll know I'm trying to break down all the preconceptions people have about doing yoga, and to make it as accessibly as possible for EVERY BODY.

It's why I offer a scholarship place for every course I do; so the size of your bank balance isn't the thing that's going to hold you back from starting to learn to feel healthier and be happier.

I'm now accepting scholarship applications for my next course which starts on Saturday 25th March 2017. It's aimed specifically at beginners, or those who want to get back to basics. You can read all about it here. Basically it's ten weeks of hour-long classes, starting at 10am at Antenna Studios in Crystal Palace (South London).

To be considered for the free place, send me an email which explains in 200 words or less why you'd like the place and what you think you'd get out of being part of the group. If writing isn't your thing, please call me for a chat or send me a little video message.

There will be no checks on your financial status; I leave that up to your conscience. Please - only apply if you genuinely can't afford the £104 it would cost to pay for the course.

I also ask that if you are awarded the place, you truly make the most of it and come to as many of the sessions as you're able. I'm not expecting a 100% attendance rate because I totally understand that life gets in the way sometimes. BUT there is only one place available, and I want the recipient to truly soak up the whole experience, rather than just seeing it as a freebie class you can rock up to when you can be bothered. Is that a bit harsh? Maybe. But I hope you understand what I'm getting at!

So - if you think this is the opportunity you've been searching for to do something new, take a challenge, get your body moving and your mind calmed....I'd bloomin' LOVE to hear from you.  Send me an email or call me, by 8pm on Monday 20th March 2017.

Feel free to earn yourself some extra good karma by passing this on....!

20th April 2016

Come and spend a soothing Saturday afternoon learning how yoga can create that most wonderful feeling of all. Yep - we’re getting loved up!

Opening your heart can be a scary thing but with gentleness, compassion, warmth and courage it is possible (and can even be fun!). We will also develop some practical tools to take the love with us when we step off the mat and into the real world, as we make our own mantras.

Finally, to finish the afternoon in the most loving way possible we’ll reward our minds and bodies with a deep and delicious final relaxation. (No spoilers, but chocolate may or may not be involved….!)

28th March

No – not like that. Filthy. But in the April edition of Om Yoga and Lifestyle Magazine, which is out ANY DAY NOW you can read my 6 steps to having a better bedtime and a nurturing nights sleep. Say ‘ta ta’ to tossing and turning all night, and ‘sayonara’ to staring at the ceiling.

15th March

At the heart of Real Life Yoga is the belief that there should be no barriers to every body benefitting from the ah-may-zing practices of yoga; and your bank balance definitely shouldn’t be one of them.

So, I’m offering one scholarship (i.e. a free place) for my new 10 week beginners course, starting Thursday 7th April at 7.45pm, in Crystal Palace. To be considered send me an email (or a video or voicemail if writing isn’t your thing) explaining in less than 200 words why you want to be part of the group and what you think you’d get out of the experience. I need to have received all entries by 9am on Monday 4th April 2016.

I will not be doing any questioning as to whether or not you could afford to pay for the course (which is £150) if you chose to. I leave it up to karma, and your conscience, for you to make that decision!

Information about the course can be found on my website. If you’ve got any questions don’t hesitate to give me a shout –

Please pass it on
