Real Life Yoga is a movement to help real people bring a little (or a lot) of yoga into their real lives. We believe that every body can use yoga to get healthier and happier, and your bank balance definitely shouldn't be a barrier.
This will be a 45 minute class for all abilities. We'll start with some seated breathing and a bit of simple mindfulness, followed by a yummy all-round flowing vinyasa practice, concluded by the best bit. (When you get to lie down and do nothing!) Then join us for coffee/tea/hot beverage of your choice.
As well as an opportunity to try a Real Life Yoga class, and see if all the good things folks say are true (they are!), it’s a chance to sample our Saturday morning course which starts on 13th April, and meet your teachers.
