Heads, shoulders, knees & toes…

Launching Tuesday 30th March

A six week live yogic journey from the top of your head to the tips of your toes (THROUGH some of the bits in between).

You’re a bloomin’ miracle from the top of your head down to the tips of your twinkly toes. Yes you are.

Over this 6 week course of 60 minute yoga lessons we’ll use dynamic vinyasa flow practices to shine the spotlight on various bits of our anatomy which are often overlooked, but with a little tweaking can bring a whole new feel to the time we spend breathing and bending.

Plus we’ll be taking some time to focus on the bit of us that’s perhaps the trickiest to bend into shape: that muscle between our ears. In each lesson we’ll take a little time to press the pause button and tune in to what’s going on for us, rather than tuning it out.

This is the perfect course for you if…

  • You’re looking to get back on the sticky mat after a bit of a break.

  • You’re bored of the traditional ‘inhale do this; exhale do that’ kinda’ class.

  • You want to learn practical tools to apply to almost every yoga class you’ll ever do.

  • You want to add a new level of understanding to traditional poses.

  • You’re intrigued about what’s going on underneath this meat suit we’re all walking around in!

  • You’re looking for a way to make your practice more challenging, without having to turn into a contortionist.

HERE’S THE PLAN:

Weeks one and two – Toes. Creating firm foundations from the ground up and make your phalanges feel fantastic.

Weeks three and four – Knees (and hips). They bend so we don’t break; now it’s time to show ‘em some love.

Weeks five and six – Shoulders. They’ve had the weight of the world on them for the last year, so let’s soothe, stretch, and strengthen them.

The course begins on Tuesday 30th March at 6.30pm and will run for the following six weeks.
