RETURNS

I understand that occasionally you may want to return an item that is not suitable and I’m happy to offer a refund in these circumstances.

Before returning any item please contact shop@reallifeyoga.net and allow 1-2 working days for a response. See below for more details on how to return items.

I offer refunds on any full-priced items purchased. The items must be returned in perfect condition; unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached and received within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

I am unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders and return postage costs need to be covered by the customer. Please note, I do not offer refunds on sale items.

 

How to return an item for refund

Email shop@reallifeyoga.net and include your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send your package until you have received a response to your email.

Pack your parcel carefully. Please note that the items you are returning are your responsibility until it reaches me.

A refund will be made to you via the original method of payment, excluding any delivery costs.

Kindly note, when sending a return, always retain proof of postage as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me. Thank you.
