TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTION - ME ME ME RETREAT 2020

·      50% of balance to be paid now; and remaining 50% to be paid by 1st April 2020.

·      If you’re booking a double room (for single occupancy) it will be two payments of £525. (Total £1,050.)

·      If you’re booking a place in a twin room it will be two payments of £465. (Total £930.)

·      Meg will provide you with secure links to the Real Life Yoga website through which you can make payments.

Refund policy:

-       If your place is cancelled within 14 days of making your initial 50% deposit payment you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

-       If your place is cancelled after 14 days of making your initial 50% deposit payment you will receive a 25% refund of your total payments made.

-       If your cancellation falls within one month prior to the retreat start date (i.e. if notification of cancellation is received after 2nd July 2020) no refund will be given.

-       All refunds are non-negotiable.

-       Cancellation notifications must be provided in writing, via email, to meg@reallifeyoga.net.

Please note that you are obliged to take out your own travel insurance. This will be stipulated in documents provided to you after your first deposit has been paid.
