Hello!

My name’s Meg and I’m so pleased we’re going to do some yoga together. Yoga is awesome for lots of reasons. When we move our bodies, breathe, and use that really important muscle between our ears (our brain) we can change the way we feel AND have fun at the same time.

Plus you’ll get to roll around on the floor, wave your arms in the air, and stick your tongue out. What’s not to love?!
