You’re signing up for my ten-week yoga course 'Building on the Basics'. Woo hoo! If you’re looking to continue your yoga journey after a couple of months of learning, you’re going to be in the right place.
All equipment is provided in the Health Nuts studio but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions just so we're all fine and dandy. Can't wait to see you on a mat!
