Free yoga in stroud: applications now open
At the heart of Real Life Yoga is my desire to break down the barriers to anybody benefitting from the ah-may-zing practices of yoga; and the size of your bank balance definitely shouldn’t be stopping you from learning how you breathe, bend, stretch and generally feel awesome living in your body.
That’s why I’m offering one free place on my ten-week course for Un-Bendy Beginners, which is taking place at Stroud Yoga Space.
The ten-week course starts on Saturday 1st April and starts at 9.15am. The class lasts for one hour.
To be in the lucky draw just send me an email with the subject of ‘PICK ME!’ by midnight on Wednesday 29th March.
I will not be doing any sort of questioning as to whether or not you could afford to pay for it (the course costs £100). I leave it up to karma, and your conscience, for you to make that decision!
The one request I make is that you see this as an opportunity to grab with both hands. Apply only if you will fully commit your time, your energy, and your focus to the course. This isn’t a “oh I got it for free so it doesn’t really matter if I don’t go,” scenario. I want this to be a “OMG - this is the chance I need to really get something amazing going for me, so I’m going to give it as much effort as if I paid £5,982 for it,” feeling.
If you are the recipient the place, it means someone else has missed the opportunity. So please promise, here and now, to use any good fortune which comes your way with appreciation and gratitude.
Agreed? Good!
So - here’s what you can go into the draw for. There is one place available.
