If you’re looking to continue building your practice on firm foundations, you’re in the right place my friend.
Been looking for the perfect yoga class where you can take the next step in your yoga practice without being totally intimidated by Bendy Wendy behind you, or Flexible Phil on the front row? This class isn’t about big, scary poses or turning yourself upside down, but it is just a little bit more challenging than my other classes.
Know your Sun Salutations from your Savasana but your Warriors are still a bit wobbly?
Come join the friendliest yoga gang in Gloucestershire at the beautiful Stroud Yoga Space. We start at 10.30am on Saturday 25th April (Please see full list of class dates below.) You’ll save money if you sign up for the course, but there are a limited number of drop-in places available.
There are SO many different types of yoga classes out there, it can feel overwhelming to know where to go once you’ve started your yoga journey but don’t quite feel you’re ready for the full-on flow classes quite yet. Or maybe you’ve had a break from the sticky mat for a while and want to find your feet without falling flat on your asana?
This is the perfect course for you! Signing up for a course means you’ll get that little bit of extra motivation when the pull of the duvet is just too strong, or Real Life is threatening to knock you back into bed. Plus you get to connect with a lovely, friendly bunch of super supportive people who know just what you’re going through.
At the end of the course you’ll be feeling more confident in your practice, have a deeper understanding of how to make the most of your time on the mat, and be equipped with some practical tools to take your yoga off the mat and into Real Life. And hopefully at the end of a lesson you’ll get a taste of that too!
Sounds amazing! What’s the cost?
For ten hour-long lessons, the investment is just £105. Drop-in places are £13 each.
where are the classes happening?
All classes happen at the beautiful Stroud Yoga Space which is on Nelson Street. Click here for more location details.
