If you’ve been practicing consistently for at least six months, this is the perfect yoga break for you. Join me at the GLORIOUS Ragdale Hall to start ‘building on the basics’ and start challenging your body (and your mind) a little bit more.

But before you think this is the perfect opportunity to fill your social media feed, anyone hungry for the Instagram-friendly ‘how-did-she-get-that-bit-of-herslelf-there-?’ will be disappointed. This isn’t about chasing the glory of “advanced” poses, but instead taking a much more subtle approach in examining how our yoga practice has the capacity to challenge us both mentally and physically.

In fact, sometimes the most profound (and difficult) development in our yoga can be when we really delve deep, slow it down, and turn up the intensity.

Together we’ll be taking our first (possibly wobbly) steps into arm-balances; beginning to turn our world upside down with inversions; and beginning with bandhas.

Of course, we know that yoga isn’t just about our bodies – far from it. That’s why we’ll balance out all the moving with plenty of opportunities to be still, pause and breathe.

PLUS you’ll get to enjoy all the delights that Ragdale Hall, the multi award winning destination spa, has to offer. Fluffy dressing gown and a long massage, anyone?!

This yoga break is intended for practitioners with at least six months regular yoga practice. The break is not suitable for pregnant women.
